Over $250M in work since 2015 — $46M of it last year alone, and growing — 200+ people, 20,000+ projects, and a bench of leaders who almost all started in the field.

We're not looking for someone to train from scratch. We're looking for someone who's already good and wants to find out how good.

What you'll do

  • →Run in-home consultations with homeowners across the DMV or Central Jersey
  • →Own your pipeline end to end — first conversation to signed contract
  • →Hit and beat number goals with a team that keeps score out loud

What you bring

  • →Proven closing experience — in-home, retail, B2B, or field sales

Presidential Exteriors has been improving homes across the DMV since 2015, recognized by the Washington Business Journal and ranked #67 on Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500, and we’re still growing. We believe one thing above everything else: when you take care of your people, your people take care of your customers.

Most of our reps come from somewhere that slowed them down. Here, you sell and we handle the rest. In-house supplementation and dedicated install crews mean you’re not chasing paperwork or managing jobs, the commission is uncapped, and the money is real. Expected earnings run $150K to $250K+, with top performers over $400K.

What you'll do

  • →Run the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, on residential and commercial insurance restoration projects
  • →Work with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and our internal teams from first inspection to finished job
  • →Generate your own business through networking, field outreach, and referrals
  • →Work hand in hand with our supplementation and install teams to get projects done right
  • →Keep clients and stakeholders in the loop the whole way

What we're looking for

  • →1+ year of insurance restoration or storm damage sales experience preferred
  • →An active Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) salesperson license, or the ability to get one before you start selling. You’ll pass the PSI salesperson exam. No experience is required for the license itself, and we’ll walk you through it.
  • →Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • →Discipline and drive. You manage your own pipeline and you own your results.
  • →Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • →Your own equipment (ladder, proper boots, and similar). Comfortable on roofs and at heights, and able to carry and set your own ladder.

Important scope note: Sales reps prepare repair estimates and answer an insurance carrier’s questions about those estimates. They do not adjust, negotiate, or settle insurance claims on a homeowner’s behalf, and they do not act as licensed public adjusters. A Maryland home improvement license does not authorize public adjusting.

How this role works: This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement. You control your schedule, your pipeline, and your income. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, equipment, and business expenses. After the paid training period, pay is commission-only with no base or guaranteed minimum.

At Presidential Exteriors we deliver top-quality home exterior work backed by great customer service. We’re growing fast across Virginia, Maryland, and New Jersey, and we’re building an in-house crew of skilled installers to grow with us.

We’re looking for experienced Window and Door Installers to join the team: hands-on pros who make sure every job is done right and every customer is happy. We work hard and we have fun doing it, and good work gets noticed here. Location preference: Front Royal, Winchester, Manassas, Dumfries.

What you'll do

  • →Install replacement windows and doors with precision and attention to detail
  • →Make sure every installation meets company standards and local building codes
  • →Work with the project management team to keep jobs on schedule
  • →Inspect completed work so it meets or beats customer expectations
  • →Keep job sites clean and safe at all times
  • →Give customers a great experience and handle questions or concerns on-site

What you bring

  • →Proven experience installing windows and doors, with strong knowledge of installation techniques
  • →Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • →Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • →Clear communication and a customer-first attitude
  • →Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • →Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

What comes with it

✦Pay of $42,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience and skill level ✦Health insurance ✦401(k) retirement plan with company match ✦Up to 4 weeks of PTO per year, six paid holidays, and paid parental leave ✦Annual trip to Mexico, our incentive program, and regular department outings
